Dr. Ramji Gupta, a consultant dermatologist at Escorts Heart Institute and VIMHANS, had earlier been at AIIMS and Holy Family Hospital. His co-pioneering work in developing Dexamethasone-Cyclophosphamide Pulse therapy (DCP) has proved to be curative in the treatment of pemphigus and other auto-immune disorders. Dr. Gupta is recipient of IADVL National GSK Oration Award (2005), DMA Dr. GB Jain Pawan Kumari Oration Award (2004) and DMA Best Medical Photography Award (1988).
