The worldview of a medical professional.

I wrote this book not from the perspective of an outsider observer, but from within the professional life of a doctor who has been through it long enough to understand that medicine is not just a science of curing diseases, but a whole.ways of living with peopleThese writings were not born from the ambition to propose a new theory, but from a very human need: the need to better understand what is happening between the healer and the healed, and what is going on within the heart of the practitioner themselves.

At some point in their medical journey, every doctor must confront a truth that is not easy to accept: Science is becoming increasingly powerful, but that doesn't make humanity any less fragile.Conversely, the more means of intervention we have, the closer we come to ethical boundaries, difficult choices, and questions without complete answers. It is at these points that the worldview of medical professionals is most clearly revealed.

I believe that the essence of medicine lies not in the ability to conquer disease at all costs, but in the ability to...accompanying people throughout the entire course of their illness experience. There are times when a cure is possible, times when we can only slow down the progression of the disease, and times when the best we can do is protect the patient's dignity as life slips away. My worldview, therefore, does not place medicine in an all-powerful position, but rather in a humble relationship with human life.
