Basierend auf Informationen, die von traditionellen Heilern, Kr�uterkundigen und Bewohnern l�ndlicher Regionen gesammelt wurden, wird Teucrium ramosissimum h�ufig in so unterschiedlichen Anwendungsbereichen wie der Behandlung von Magengeschw�ren, Darmentz�ndungen und insbesondere als Wundheilmittel zur �u erlichen Anwendung eingesetzt. Das Hauptziel dieses Projekts war es, die Arten von Teucrium ramosissimum hinsichtlich ihres Gehalts an sekund�ren Pflanzenstoffen und ihrer verschiedenen interessanten biologischen Wirkungen zu untersuchen.
