Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich Gesundheit - Sonstiges, Note: 1,7, Universit�t Bielefeld, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Innerhalb meines beruflichen T�tigkeitsfeldes - der Beratung von Menschen mit Diabetes - begegnen mir viele Menschen, die durch eine gesundheitsf�rderliche Ern�hrungsweise zu einer Verbesserung ihres Wohlbefindens, ihrer gesundheitlichen Situation und der Minimierung der Entstehung von Begleiterkrankungen beitragen k�nnten. Es zeigt sich jedoch immer wieder, wie schwer es ist, durch jahrelange Gewohnheiten verfestigte, gesundheitsabtr�gliche Verhaltensmuster zu ver�ndern. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass gesundes Essverhalten selten unmittelbar sp�rbare positive Konsequenzen nach sich zieht, sondern ganz im Gegenteil h�ufig mit Einschr�nkung und Verzicht einhergeht. Die Entstehung von Krankheiten wird zudem oftmals nicht direkt mit dem eigenen Ern�hrungsverhalten in Verbindung gebracht. Dazu kommen das �berangebot an Nahrungsmitteln und Speisen und die abnehmende Notwendigkeit von kochtechnischen Fertigkeiten durch fertige Speisenangebote, die nahezu rund um die Uhr zug�nglich sind (vgl. auch Pudel 2004). Motive f�r das Essverhalten sind �u erst vielschichtig. Im Vordergrund stehen keine rationalen, sondern emotionale Beweggr�nde, wie Geschmack, Hunger, S�ttigung, Angebot, Pr�ferenzen, Gewohnheiten, Traditionen (vgl. auch Pudel 2004). Nach Pudel (2004) ist "Essverhalten ein �berwiegend durch Bed�rfnisse emotional reguliertes Verhalten, das durch kognitiv-rationale Argumente wenig (oder nicht) beeinflusst wird" (S.113). Da sich Ern�hrungsgewohnheiten bereits fr�hzeitig verfestigen und im Erwachsenenalter schwer modifizierbar sind (Pudel 2004), sowie finanzielle und zeitliche Ressourcen f�r Ern�hrungsaufkl�rung knapp bemessen sind, ist es naheliegend, zielgruppenorientiert bei der Gruppe der Kinder und Jugendlichen anzusetzen, um eine gr� tm�gliche Effektivit�t zu erzielen.
