Eating a nutritious diet, taking healthy drinks, keeping hygienic environment, exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, getting eight hours of sleep, taking necessary vitamins, balancing our hormones and visiting our doctor for regular physical check-up are important for keeping a good health. However, it is more important to keep a properly programmed mind as most of our diseases originate in our mind because of suppressed emotions and other negativities ingrained there. This harms us in many ways, such as in the reduction of body’s self-healing capability, restriction of smooth ‘prana’ or life force flow and also increase of toxins in our blood, which all are root causes of most ailments. The book aims to inculcate the readers about how to prevent the initial adverse programming of our mind, how to identify the adversely-programmed aspects and how to suitably re-programme our instinctive mind to get rid of diseases and ailments. The concepts have been presented in simple language with usable techniques and methods which the readers can easily understand and apply in their workaday world. The book is intended for general public who are interested to do healing themselves and also for healthcare professionals, healers, therapists, clergy and all those who want to consider themselves as practitioners, healers, etc. for better physical, psychological and spiritual health. It will also serve as a reference book for senior level students in pertinent fields in colleges and universities.
