Becker, Bill: - "A resident of Philadelphia for more than 60 years, Bill has been an instructor and guest -lecturer at Temple and Drexel Universities, has conducted classes in real estate investment at community colleges throughout the Delaware Valley, as well as a guest speaker and instructor for many nationally know real estate investment programs and clubs across America.
