Desmond Mattocks spent his formative years in Jamaica, where he was born, before migrating to England. In the land of essayists, poets, monarchs and noble men, there he educated. Besides careers in engineering, social work and marriage and family counseling, Mattocks is also a certified court mediator. Mattocks holds a Ph.D. in Christian marriage and family counseling, and an MBA.
