About The Book

In reminiscing over years past, the thought comes to mind that God's Hand left its mark so many times in our life together. He answered countless prayers and directed us in many, many ways. Therefore, by putting them in print, I would like to share some of these incidents, first of all with my loving family and with my dearest friends and Christian brothers and sisters, and then with anyone else who may read these lines.

We all remember how certain events fell into place in our past which led us to a particular place, to a special job or profession, or to meet a special person. At times circumstances held more weight than our personal choices. I firmly believe that these circumstances were divinely sent to guide us to the path He has chosen for each of us. It is certain that in my life I can see how this came about so many times, as well as in our life together.

It is for this reason that I am penning these lines. To give credit to the One who has lovingly guided me all these years. He has never failed me when I called on Him, and even though many times I could not understand just where He was leading, I trusted Him and followed Him; and I have no regrets.

About The Author

Huffman, Gail Blanchard: - Born in Westfield, Massachusetts, Gail Blanchard Huffman began her life in cold country. Her parents acquired a dairy farm in Piermont, New Hampshire. A brother and a sister were born there. At 8 years of age, she moved to Florida with her family because of her brother's health. That opened a whole new world! Her primary schooling took place in Plant Citry, and Junior High in Tampa after a move to µTµemple Terrrace. From there she went to Hillsborough High School and graduated in 1961. While there, she was a member of Future Homemakers of America and the National Honor Society. She received the Crisco Award for her activities in Future Homemakers. For further education she began studies at Tennessee Temple University, Chattanooga, TN in 1961 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1968. In 1962 she marrried Robert (Bob) Huffman, and together they answered the call of the Lord to szerve Him in France as church-planting missionaries with Baptist International Missions, Inc. Language studies followed at the Alliance Francaise in Paris, France. After settling in Argenteuil, France, a suburb of Paris, they established the Bible Baptist Church. They are parents of four children, two of whom were born in Chattanooa and two in France.
