Y uno de esos monumentos cuestionados es el encuentro amoroso entre el var�n y la mujer que funda familia y es cimiento de la sociedad. Se puede amar hoy y para siempre? Ese tipo de preguntas plantearon un grupo de matrimonios que se reun�an con el padre Kentenich todos los d�as lunes por la tarde, en Milwaukee, Estados Unidos, durante la primera mitad de la d�cada del 60. Esas conversaciones est�n recopiladas en m�s de 20 tomos. Ahora, Editorial Schoenstatt ha traducido uno de ellos, correspondiente a 1961. En estas p�ginas, el autor asume el tema de la sexualidad en la relaci�n entre un hombre y una mujer unidos por el Sacramento del matrimonio en la perspectiva del Evangelio. A�n m�s, se�ala esa vida en com�n como un hermoso camino de santidad. Los comentarios y aplicaciones de la ense�anza de San Pablo son especialmente valiosos y contundentes. En este libro, mejor dicho en estas "reuniones de lunes por la tarde", el amor conyugal es enaltecido de una manera sorprendente. Por ejemplo dice: "Les repito que no hay otro amor humano que genere una biunidad tan profunda como lo hace el amor conyugal. Por qu�? Porque presupone y entra�a una de biunidad corporal, psicol�gica y espiritual. De ah� que tambi�n podamos afirmar que no existe otro amor terreno que sea un reflejo tan fiel del Amor Divino intra trinitario como el amor conyugal". Y c�mo son "reuniones de lunes por la tarde" tienen el tono de un coloquio donde se se suman situaciones humanas e hist�ricas. Ese tono se ha conservado en la traducci�n.
