With nearly 20 years in the music industry and a leadership role at Black River Entertainment, she has built a career rooted in strategy, storytelling, and impact.But her most defining story didn't come from success.After the unexpected loss of her mother and an unplanned pregnancy early in her career, Dawn found herself navigating grief, uncertainty, and a future she hadn't planned.
