About The Author

Marie Ang was born and educated in Singapore, moved to Australia in the early 1990s and now resides in Hong Kong. She is a personality profiler and helps people discover who they really are by giving them a thorough understanding of their unique and individual personality. She empowers people to embrace life by leveraging on the strengths and working on the weaknesses of their personality. After struggling with her own conflicting personalities, which affected her self-esteem, behaviour and confidence, Marie finally understood why she feels, behaves, and thinks the way she does. This "light bulb" revelation freed her from the emotional shackles of inferiority and ignited her passion to study and learn more about this subject. Marie spent the next 15 years studying the different forms of personality profiling and associated programs dealing with human emotions. Despite the various systems explaining the complex human personality, she found that it all boils down to four basic personality groups. With this knowledge, Marie was able to liberate herself from the expectations other people placed on her, and developed her unique personality and assertively designing the future she wants. With this passion in the study of human psychology and personality, and its deep impact on the individual as well as in business Marie presented and spoke to business groups on this topic over the past years. Due to this passion, she is involved in mentoring MBA students from Hong Kong University, City University students and is a judge for the Hong Kong Junior Achievement Entrepreneur Program. Marie also has a heart for charities and is a firm believer in sowing back into the community not only through participation but also providing advice and help in her areas of expertise to several charities in Hong Kong. Marie is also a John C. Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker. Workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching are also offered to aid individual's personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John's proven leadership methods. Working together, Marie will move personally and teams in the desired direction to reach goals coupled by further enhancement of value-adding by identifying and utilizing personal and team's personalities' strengths to achieve greater results.
