In the morning, the treating doctor came to Osnat and Avner and told them they had a sweet girl. Avner

actively participates in the Scouts, volunteers for full military service, pursues university studies, builds a
family, and advances to senior positions in the banking system.
Through Smadar's eyes, we are given a glimpse of the human ability to rise above difficulties and
discover the beauty and strength of life, despite illness, always with the support of her parents.
The book serves as an inspiring model not only for people with diabetes but for anyone facing
challenges. It demonstrates that, despite fears, it is indeed possible to live a normal, unlimited life even
with diabetes.
