Focusing on conflicts, fears, relationships, parent expectations, stress and anxiety, and mental exhaustion, students examine and describe their experiences as high school students in a rural area.



Montaño Alanis, Ana: - Ana is a freshman at University Charter School. She is fourteen years old, and this is the first book she has edited. She is an avid reader and has organized and judged writing contests at school.

Rush, Emonie: - Emonie Rush is an 11th-grade student at Univeristy Charter School and is an aspiring artist. She designed the cover for Wisdom Writers and Wisdom Writers: Volume 2

Ryland, Charlesanna: - CharlesAnna Ryland is a junior at University Charter School. This is the second book she has helped edit. She is an avid reader and an aspiring author.
