Discover the mysteries of nature through the lens of a love story.
In Front of Us is a deeply personal and passionate examination and celebration of nature and how it relates to the human condition. It is a collection of original poems, drawing from and celebrating interactions between humans and nature: particularly the birds, flora, and mammals of British Columbia, Canada. Each poem focuses on an original photo-playing with and exploring what is captured in the image- intermingling emotions and deep questions with facts about the subject woven in and a love story hidden between lines.
Such is the power and magic of poetry.
The poems of In Front of Us highlight the magnificent charm of nature by representing the scenery and the characteristics that inspired a fragile heart to unveil a hidden love story.
Engage with the vivid images within the poetry.
Explore the hidden stories behind the words.
Start to see the world and yourself in a new way.
Prepare to be enlightened as the exaltation of nature breaks the trail for you to see beyond the obvious to the valuable things surrounding you. Prepare to experience your own life through deep emotion.
