Bei Dichtern ist es so wie bei Naturfotografen. Sie m�ssen immer eine Kamera bereit halten. Denn wenn z.B. ein bunter, seltener Vogel ganz nah herbeifliegt, kann man sofort reagieren k�nnen und das Foto schie en. So ist es auch bei den Versemachern. Da kommt zu den unm�glichsten Zeiten ein Gedanke herbeigeflogen und wehe, es liegt da kein Blatt Papier, auf dem man diesen festhalten kann. So wie einem die Idee zugeflattert ist, so schnell hat sie sich sonst entfernt und ist wieder vergessen. Mir ist schon passiert, dass ich morgens schon wach war, aber noch im Bett lag, und ganze Verse geschmiedet habe. Wenn ich die dann nicht rasch genug zu Papier bringe, wird es sp�ter sehr schwer, den Text aus dem Ged�chtnis zur�ck zu holen. Andere Werke habe ich nicht mehr rekonstruieren k�nnen und sie sind mir echt verloren gegangen. Zum Gl�ck haben wir ja ein Blatt Papier, das auch die Maler f�r ihre Skizzen und die Komponisten f�r ihre Noten dringend ben�tigen. Und wenn es dieses nicht geben w�rde, m�ssten wir zur beschwerlichen Alternative greifen, zu den Tontafeln und den Metallstiften. Auch f�r den Leser w�re es dann ziemlich schwierig, sein Buch bekommt so jedoch ein enormes Gewicht. Die �ber 150 Gedichte - mehr oder weniger einfache - sind in 50 Jahren gesammelt worden. Alle entstanden ganz spontan und betreffen mehrere Bereiche des Lebens. Nun m�chten sie den Leser erfreuen.
