Martialis, magister epigrammatis, brevitate verborum et acumine sententiarum in his paginis floret. Per eius versus, lector in vias Romae antiquae trahitur, ubi convivia, amphitheatra, et cotidiani labores hominum omnium ordinum reviviscunt. Haec editio, a philologo W.
