Also covered are the roles and perceptions of organizations and professions, the place of carbon-free technologies (such as wind power), the relationship between national and EU regulations, and the monumental challenge of governing the climate in a bordered and divided world.

Lennart J. Lundqvist is Professor of Environmental Policy and Administration at Göteborg University, Sweden, and author of several books (including the classic work The Hare and the Tortoise: Clean Air Policies in the United States and Sweden). Anders Biel is Professor of Psychology at the Department of Psychology, Göteborg University, Sweden.
