Dabei richtet sich das Hauptaugenmerk auf die Gegen berstellung der Vor- und Nachteile, der sinnvollen und problematischen Nutzung und Verwendung dieses Begriffes und die Frage, in wieweit ein Krieg berhaupt jemals gerecht sein kann. Die schwierige Frage der Legitimit t des seit der Antike verwendeten Begriffes, soll wegen der oftmals heftig emotional gef hrten Diskussion in der Gesellschaft er rtert werden. Deshalb geht diese Arbeit speziell auf die Art und Weise ein, wie dieser Ausdruck f r Argumentationen verwendet wird und in wieweit er den eigentlichen Sinn erf llt, aber auch mit welchen Schwierigkeiten er st ndig konfrontiert wird. Zuerst wird die Arbeit genauer auf die historischen Begriffsdefinitionen eingehen und so den zentralen Begriff des ′gerechten Krieges′ erl utern. Es werden verschiedene pers nliche Ansichten und Auslegungen von der Antike bis zur Moderne vorgestellt. Darauf folgt eine genauere Betrachtung der Gr nde, die gegen einen ′gerechten Krieg′ sprechen. Es wird die Frage gestellt, ob ein Krieg berhaupt klassifiziert und in Formen eingeteilt werden kann. Hintergr nde und Argumentationen werden herausgearbeitet, um schlie lich auf die Probleme aufmerksam zu machen. Ferner soll im weiteren Kapitel der Gegensatz, n mlich die Gr nde f r einen ′gerechten Krieg′, gegen bergestellt werden. Es soll ersichtlich werden, in welcher Weise der Kritik begegnet wird und dieser historische Begriff gerechtfertigt sein kann.
