Dr. Biswaranjan Mohanty is alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He received his M.Phil and Ph.D degrees from the School of Social Sciences of the University. Specializing in Political Theory, he has been a regular contributor of articles in national and international journals. He had visited the Uppsala University, Sweden during his research period. He has authored a number of books and attended national and international seminars and conferences. Dr. Mohanty is presently working as a senior social researcher.
