ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

The continuation of the international bestseller Dopamine.

Why is it never enough? We chase more success, more pleasure, more recognition... and yet remain unsatisfied. The answer lies in dopamine: the molecule that fuels our desire, motivates us to act, and makes us dream of what comes next--but also traps us in a cycle of constant dissatisfaction. It promises happiness, though achieving it depends entirely on us.

In this highly anticipated sequel to the bestseller Dopamine, Michael E. Long reveals how, with the right control, this molecule can become the key to a fuller life. This practical guide provides tools to understand how dopamine shapes our emotions, habits, and decisions--and most importantly, how to harness it to achieve real satisfaction. You'll learn how to break free from social media and doomscrolling, boost your productivity through multitasking, enhance your creativity, and reignite the spark in your relationship.
