About The Author

Gilberto Limón Arce, Profesor Titular en la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Desarrollo actividades académicas, de investigación y terapéuticas relacionadas con el construccionismo social y con las terapias narrativas y postmodernas. Estudié la licenciatura en psicología en la Facultad de Psicología de la UNAM, la maestría en terapia familiar en la Escuela de Terapia Familiar del Hospital de Sant Pau, de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB), tengo estudios concluidos de maestría en sociología en la Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociales de la UNAM (no titulado), y obtuve el doctorado en psicología social en la UAB. Mantengo estrecha colaboración con colegas socio-construccionistas de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, de quienes siempre he recibido una generosa y alentadora hospitalidad, incluidas las valiosas observaciones y sugerencias de Tomás Ibáñez, Miquèl Domènech y, también, del terapeuta familiar Juan Luis Linares. Tengo dos libros publicados, uno como autor (El giro interpretativo en psicoterapia. Terapia, narrativa y construcción social) y otro como autor y compilador (Terapias postmodernas. Aportaciones construccionistas), además de 4 capítulos, 3 artículos y 22 conferencias relacionadas con las terapias narrativas y con el construccionismo social, entre las que podría destacar el capítulo "La terapia como diálogo hermenéutico y construccionista centrado en soluciones" (FES, Iztacala, UNAM), escrito en coautoría con Patricia Trujano Ruiz, una brillante académica, investigadora y terapeuta de la UNAM.
