ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
This book focuses on several crucial findings by Dr. Frankl that highlight our unconscious desire to discover a definitive meaning in life, whether it derives from a spiritual source or from another type of inspiration or influence.
This is a topic of special relevance, especially considering that the feeling that our lives lack authentic meaning has deeply penetrated the foundations of contemporary society. As shown by both the teenager suffering from insecurity and doubt and the elderly person enduring isolation and rejection, today's culture seems definitively immersed in vulnerability and despair.
From there, Dr. Frankl brilliantly demonstrates that human beings can still find a certain meaning in their daily lives. He speaks of the "will to meaning" as a central motivating force and presents specific evidence that life can reveal its own meaning to us at any moment or situation. Even those who must bear the burden of guilt or face inevitable suffering still have, in principle, opportunities to turn their pleas into achievements--or, in other words, their personal tragedy into a triumph of humanity.
Frankl, Viktor E.: -

He worked in one of the few hospitals in Vienna that admitted Jews during the Nazi occupation, and in 1941 he was deported to a concentration camp along with his entire family.
In 1945, he captured his dramatic experience in Man's Search for Meaning, a work considered the foundation of logotherapy, described by some scholars as the "third Viennese school of psychotherapy," after psychoanalysis and individual psychology.
