Biihringer) - konnte gezeigt werden, daB es auch in der Bundesrepublik eine Reihe erfolgreicher Verwirklichungen dieses Anspruchs gibt. Der 3. Themenblock (forschungsmethodische Aspekte) wurde mit den amerika- nischen Erfahrungen zur Qualitiitssicherung der Evaluationsforschung (W. Shadish) eingeleitet. Die sich anschlieBenden deutschsprachigen Vortriige umspannten hier ein weites Feld, das die organisations- und forschungstechnischen Aspekte von GroBstudien wie der Deutschen Herz-Kreislauf-Priiventionsstudie DHP (J.v. Troschke), GroBprojekten wie der Analyse von Routinedaten der BfA Berlin (W. Miiller-Fahrnow), der Rolle des Erniihrungsberichts (E. Kistler und W. Becker), der wohnortnahen Versorgung von Rheumakranken (H. Weber-Falkensammer und R. Karhausen) und "Ex-ante"-Evaluationen (J. Brecht) behandelte. Aufgrund der gemeinsamen Probleme soleher Studien ergab sich die Forderung nach ProzeB- evaluationen, die die Giite der Implementierung zu erfassen und zu bewerten gestatten.
