Patric Vaihinger: Als aktiver Fußballspieler spielte Patric unter anderem in der Jugend des VfB Stuttgart und bei der SKV Rutesheim. Patric, als mehrfach lizenzierter Trainer, ist schon früh in die Rolle des Förderers ge- schlüpft. Durch einen 3 monatigen Aufenthalt in Südafrika, mit der Auf- gabe die besten Spieler eines Townships zu coachen, entwickelte er den Blick den Sport nicht nur für den Spieler sondern ihn gleichzeitig für den Menschen dahinter zu nutzen. "Ich möchte der Sportwelt zeigen, dass das sonst so abstrakte Thema der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung einfach in das Training integriert werden kann und Trainer in ihrer Verantwortung hierin unterstützen." Julia Hofmann: Julia spielte aktiv in verschiedenen Ländern, wie Italien oder USA, Fußball und konnte somit ihre Perspektiven für Sport schon früh erweitern. Als Trainerin mit unterschiedlichen Lizenzen begann sie damit, ihr Wissen sowohl im Amateur-, als auch im Profibereich an Spieler weiterzugeben. Seit einigen Jahren hält sie im Namen unterschied- licher Institutionen, wie beispielsweise dem DOSB (Deutscher Olympischer Sport Bund), Workshops in sozial benachteiligten Ländern. Thematisiert wird, wie Trainer und Lehrer den Sport als Katalysator nutzen können, um den Kindern persönliche und soziale Kompetenzen spielerisch beizubringen. "Ich möchte zu einer reflektierten Gesellschaft beitragen, in der alle auf ein stabiles Wertegerüst zurückgreifen können."
