About The Author

Indranil Mitra is a renowned HR professional and former General Manager at NTPC Ltd. A prolific writer, he has authored Winning Hearts and Minds: Transactional Analysis Simplified (2017) and co-edited a management book, Manthan: The Art and Science of Leadership Development (2017). He has also published a research paper titled “Transactional Analysis and Spirituality: Insights from Indian Philosophy” in the International Journal of Transactional Analysis Research and Practice, a peer-reviewed journal, in 2020. He studied at Modern School and St. Stephen's College. Currently, he works as a freelance management consultant based in Delhi.
