Ndongo Mouhamed Dit Momar Talla Momar: - Docteur en Sociologie et professeur certifié d'Éducation Physique et Sportive (EPS), diplômé de l'Institut National Supérieur de l'éducation Populaire et du Sport (INSEPS) de l'Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (UCAD), Mouhamed dit Momar Talla Ndongo est un ancien sportif (athlète et footballeur). Enseignant chercheur à l'INSEPS depuis 2013 où il exerce actuellement les fonctions de chef du département d'Éducation Physique et des Sports.
