He is Deputy Director for Geology and Reservoir development at the Oil and Gas Scientific Research Project Institute within the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), Baku, Azerbaijan.

Suleimanov, Baghir: - Bagir Suleimanov DSc, Professor, corresponding member of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). Bagir is an expert in oil field development and oil recovery processes. Bagir is Deputy Director for Oil and Gas production at the Oil and Gas Scientific Research Project Institute within the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), Baku, Azerbaijan.
