About The Author

Dr. M.V. Joshi is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, Saurashtra University, Rajkot. He has 28 years of teaching, research and writing experience. He is author and co-author of fourteen books and about ten research monographs, has contributed over eight hundred articles in professional journals and periodicals. He has undertaken and completed independently thirty research projects. He has presented sixty three papers in international, national and regional seminars/conferences. He has delivered 300 public lectures in different forums, colleges and institutions besides his 20 Radio talks and 10 T.V. talks. He manages the centre for Economic, Rural and Gandhian Studies at Rajkot. He is excellent teacher, writer, orator and researcher.
