Dieses Werk ist Teil eines Ansatzes zur vergleichenden Analyse der M�ngel in der Schul-, Gesundheits- und Verkehrsinfrastruktur in den Gemeinden Kinkala und Kintele, die in den Departements Pool bzw. Brazzaville liegen. Das Hauptziel besteht darin, die bestehenden territorialen Ungleichgewichte und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Lebensbedingungen der Bev�lkerung aufzuzeigen. Anhand von Felduntersuchungen, quantitativen und qualitativen Daten wurden mehrere signifikante Funktionsst�rungen identifiziert: �berf�llung der Schulen, Schulmigration, Gesundheitsdefizite unter anderem: Verz�gerungen bei der Behandlung, �berf�llung der Gesundheitszentren, fehlende Ausstattung sowie Probleme bei der Zug�nglichkeit aufgrund des schlechten Zustands des Stra ennetzes. Der vergleichende Ansatz zeigte starke Kontraste auf, insbesondere zwischen einem relativ strukturierten, aber unzureichenden Schulangebot in Kintele und einer allgemeinen S�ttigung des Systems in Kinkala. Die Diplomarbeit schl�gt schlie lich Wege zur Verringerung der Ungleichgewichte vor, die auf einer integrierten Raumplanung, einer besseren lokalen Regierungsf�hrung und einem anhaltenden politischen Willen beruhen.
