This book is a carefully curated collection of technical research papers presented at the 15th International Symposium on Experimental and Computational Aerothermodynamics of Internal Flows (ISAIF-15).

G. Rajesh is a professor at the Department of Aerospace Engineering, the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT Madras). His research focuses on computational and experimental shock wave dynamics as well as interior, intermediate and exterior ballistics, blast attenuation, and external aerodynamics. He has published over eighty articles in reputed international journals including Journal of Fluid Mechanics and Physics of Fluids and National and International Conference proceedings. He is a Life Member of the International Shock Wave Institute and the International Ballistic Society, and serves on the Governing Council of the Society for Shock Wave Research in India.

Anbu Serene Raj C is a proficient Ph.D. graduate from IIT Madras, specializing in aerospace engineering, with a focus on high-speed aerodynamics and shock wave dynamics. He completed his B. Tech in aerospace engineering from SASTRA Deemed University, where he established a strong foundation in computational and experimental aerodynamics. His work includes significant contributions to the projects on shock refraction, expansion wave diffraction and the development of advanced aerospace technologies such as morphing wings

A. Sameen is a professor at the Department of Aerospace Engineering, IIT Madras. His research interests lie in aerodynamics, rarefied flows and magnetohydrodynamics. He uses numerical simulations to investigate flow instabilities and turbulence and has published articles in several leading journals in the field of fluid mechanics. With over 15 years of teaching experience at IIT Madras, he brings substantial expertise to his role.
