� stato valutato l'effetto in vitro di quattro isolati di Trichoderma sp. sulla crescita miceliare di funghi isolati da colture provenienti da diverse localit� del comune di San Carlos, Cojedes. La ricerca � stata di tipo esplicativo, con un disegno sperimentale di campo completamente randomizzato, con 20 trattamenti e 10 repliche. I funghi patogeni e antagonisti sono stati ottenuti da campioni di terreno raccolti in quattro localit�, trattati con la tecnica della diluizione seriale e successivamente caratterizzati a livello macroscopico e microscopico. L'attivit� antagonista degli isolati di Trichoderma � stata valutata mediante test in doppia coltura contro Fusarium sp., Sclerotium rolfsii e Cylindrocladium sp. e sono state determinate le variabili inibizione della crescita miceliare e riduzione percentuale degli sclerozi. Statisticamente sono state riscontrate differenze significative (P > 0,05) nella crescita dei patogeni di fronte agli isolati di Trichoderma. Gli isolati 3 e 4 sono risultati i pi� promettenti, con l'isolato 4 che ha mostrato il maggiore effetto inibitorio, mentre gli isolati 1 e 2 hanno mostrato un basso potenziale di controllo,
