Die kosmologische Kernfrage ist nicht woher das Universum kommt oder wie gro oder wie alt es ist. Die zentrale Frage ist was das Universum denn eigentlich ist, welche Form es hat - und wie diese Form die menschliche Existenz erkl�rt! Beschleunigte Teilchen k�nnen uns das nicht sagen. Aber die Formen in unserem Beobachter Horizont k�nnen das Universum dann erkl�ren, wenn es fraktal ist, wenn menschliche Existenz relevant und das Universum �berhaupt verstehbar ist.
Jede Form, biologisch oder k�nstlich, hat ein Minimum und ein Maximum. Das Minimum, wie der Apfelkern, und bewegt sich auf ein Maximum zu, das wie der Apfelbaum zyklisch wieder ein neues Minimum produziert. Auch der Tisch setzt ein solches Minimum in der Vorstellung des Tischlers voraus um zu entstehen, und f�hrt dann zu einem neuen mikrokosmischen Bild in der Vorstellung (Mikrokosmos) eines jeden Betrachters. Die Form eines verstehbaren Universums hat ebenfalls ein solches Minimum und ein Maximum und verh�lt sich nach denselben Regeln von Form. Die universale Form ist dabei mindestens so komplex, so intelligent und so bedeutungsvoll wie ein jedes seiner Teile, weil ja ein Ganzes nie weniger sein kann als ein Teil des Ganzen.
Form ist daher mathematisch beschreibbar, was uns direkt zur L�sung der �ltesten R�tsel und Fragen f�hrt und das Universum in seinem Wesen begreiflich macht. Was ist nun das Minimum dieses Universums, das durch Fragen wie, Was ist das Universum?' expandiert und sich in einen Raum ausdehnt, der ohne solche Fragen nie entstehen kann?
Dieses Buch belegt die These eines lebendigen Universums, indem es ein jedes kosmologische Paradox auf die einfachste Weise schl�ssig erkl�rt - die chicken/egg Frage wie auch die Annahme eines, ersten Schrittes', und die Sinnfrage f�r immer beantwortet ohne dazu eine Religion zu ben�tigen.
