Gatling, Dawn: - Dawn Gatling was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and accepted Christ into her heart at the tender age of 7. Though her relationship with God began early, it did not shield her from trauma, toxic environments, and life challenges that would shape her path. Yet through it all, Dawn discovered a powerful truth: We serve a God who breathes life into broken places, a God who revives what seems dead and brings beauty out of pain.Through obedience and a continual sensitivity to the voice of the Lord, Dawn was led to give birth to a powerful women's ministry-WOW! Women of the Word. This ministry became a life-giving space where Dawn could serve as a vessel for Christ, pouring into the lives of women with passion, purpose, and truth.W.O.W. (Women of the Word) was created to encourage, empower, and provide a safe, sacred space where women can gather, grow, and heal. It's a place where women are reminded that no matter what they are facing-be it marital struggles, sexual trauma, parenthood challenges, or toxic relationships-God is able to carry them through it all.Her journey is living proof that God's love is unwavering, His timing is perfect, and His purpose always prevails. Dawn's prayer is that every word she shares will lead someone closer to the heart of God and remind them that no matter where they've been, He is still the One who restores, redeems, and renews.Over the years, she has faithfully preached, ministered, and mentored women from all walks of life through prayer groups, Bible studies, conferences, and social media platforms.
