Die Autorin ist seit ihrem 33. Lebensjahr auf der unablässigen Suche nach dem wahren Selbst. Auf ihrem Weg der Befreiung aus tiefster Abhängigkeit von exzellent manipulierenden Mächten hat sie eine Menge an Methoden ausprobiert, um "Gott" zu erleben und "die Wahrheit" zu finden. Bis sie erkannte, dass es eine allgemein gültige, allumfassende Wahrheit nicht gibt; Jeder Mensch hat seine eigene, einzig für ihn selbst verbindliche Wahrheit, und die kann jeder Mensch nur für sich alleine finden. In dem Erforschen nach der eigenen Wahrheit wurde ihr durch mehrere Erlebnisse und Erkenntnisse klar, dass der Mensch nicht das ist, was ihr weisgemacht wurde: er ist kein kleines, unwürdiges Wesen, das sich Gottes Gunst erflehen muss und zeitlebens in Schuld und Sühne zu fristen hat. In ihren vorherigen Werken beschreibt sie den Weg aus dem Opferbewusstsein heraus.
