I wrote this as a collection of 100 short reminders about happiness, mindset, purpose, relationships, and living a good life.

Things I've learned. Things I've been reminded of. Things I try (and sometimes forget) to live by.

Some of it might feel obvious. Some of it might hit at the exact right time.

Either way, my hope is that it helps you slow down, see things a little more clearly, and enjoy your life while you're in it.
