This book will help replace old patterns that have occupied too much mind space. It will help you become All That You Are in your outer life and your inner life.

It is laid out so that some of the days are actions to engage in your life; some are inspirations to ponder and carry within you for a day.

If you wish, repeat the actions throughout the day. It may help to write out the inspirations, referring to them often as your day progresses. Some of the inspirations are affirmations meant to be repeated often; replacing the old chatter with the truth of you.

Please move through the book chronologically. Repeat any day as often as you like. For the purpose of deepening the connection with your Divine Self, some exercises need to be repeated. Enjoy them as well. Just keep moving forward through the book. Don't be in a hurry. Enjoy the process.

About The Author

Forrest, Cheryl: - Cheryl Forrest is an internationally-known counsellor, artist, and teacher. Early in life, Cheryl became aware of her abilities and pursued a ministerial degree as well as a degree in humanistic parapsychology. She has been counselling for over forty years and teaching spiritual and intuitive classes nearly as long. Cheryl's work has taken her into the United States and throughout Canada. Much of the teaching and lecturing is conducted privately; however, she does present to businesses, high schools, teachers, transition houses, and various groups and organizations. The workshops cover a broad range of subjects from stress reduction to psychic and spiritual development. Cheryl is known for her humour and down-to-earth approach as well as her loving, empathetic understanding which prevails throughout her work. Cheryl lives in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada.
