Al expresar no son ustedes, yo soy, asumo la responsabilidad de hablar de mí siempre, así como el lector define su propia interpretación de acuerdo con su verdad o sus creencias. Es importante dejar de creer en los acuerdos (o romperlos) que permitimos que nos limiten y que nos causan un sufrimiento interno, individual, familiar o colectivo, de generación en generación, pues el dolor se hereda. La mayoría de las enfermedades entran cuando la persona no está presente en su cuerpo; si el amo no está en la casa, todo tipo de personajes (dogmas, creencias) sombríos se alojarán en ella Cuando yo habito realmente en mi cuerpo, será difícil que los huéspedes indeseados entren (acuerdos que limitan, que es lo mismo que el pasado); pero si yo estoy despierta, elijo qué creo, qué practico, y experimento así una libertad de ser y de vivir hermosa, porque escucho la voz de mi alma... Podemos cambiar estos conceptos sin culpa, sin miedo, sustituyéndolos por otros saludables, por elección propia y no porque alguien más lo dice. Así, cada uno experimenta su verdad y su cielo aquí en la Tierra. No soy dueña de la verdad, pero experimentando se llega a tu única respuesta. Despiertos, alertas, presentes, responsables. Así el lector es el observador como el observado, puede hacer su autodescubrimiento. Vivo lo que aprendí o lo que siento y realmente amo? Soy consciente? Vivo despierto? Comienzo a despertar?
