About The Author

Lefford Fate is a sought-after speaker, coach, and trainer who has dedicated his life to helping people find their voice and live with purpose. He is the founder and president of It's Your Fate coaching company and is certified to facilitate, train, and coach in leadership development, professional skills, and personal growth through both the Napoleon Hill Foundation and the John Maxwell Team.

Over the course of his career, Fate has mentored and served thousands--from emerging leaders to seasoned professionals--equipping them with the tools to lead with clarity and confidence. He is the author of five books and delivered a powerful TEDx Talk that has inspired more than 500,000 viewers worldwide.

A retired Command Chief Master Sergeant with more than 30 years of service in the United States Air Force, Fate's leadership journey culminated at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, where he served as Command Chief for the 20th Fighter Wing.
