(Medalist), Certificate in MTLD (INPA), Certificate in German Language, NET (UGC) qualified, is a Lecturer in Education at the Krishma Educational Centre, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. She has co-authored a book Fundamentals of Educational Psychology. She has submitted her thesis for the award of Ph.D. in Education. She has attended a number of orientation programmes organized by RCI of India and UGC-sponsored National Conference on Qualitative and Quantitative Research. She has presented a research paper on “Reducing Educational Failure of Children with Special Needs in Inclusive Settings” in the National Conference on Education for All, at Bareilly (2005). M. Dash is a reputed author. He has written several books on Education. His books Education in India : Problems and Perspectives, Fundamentals of Educational Psychology and Education of Exceptional Children, published by the Atlantic Publishers and Distributors, have received overwhelming response.
