About The Author

Dr. Mukesh Kumar is a senior Medical Social Welfare Officer at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He holds an M.A. in Social Work from Kurukshetra University, Haryana, and earned his Ph.D. from IGNOU, New Delhi. He served on the Institutional Ethics Committee at ESIC Hospital and Dental College, New Delhi, played pivotal roles as an editorial board member and as a reviewer of medical and social work journals, evaluated the MSW field work at IGNOU and held the distinguished position of a Fellow Member at the Scholars Academic and Scientific Society. His contributions have earned him awards and appreciation from the Government of India, AIIMS, NGOs and other entities. Dr. Kumar has presented papers and delivered lectures at various national and international conferences. Actively involved in professional associations, he is a member of the National Association of Professional Social Workers in India (NAPSWI), All India Association of Medical Social Work Professionals (AIAMSWP) and Indian Association for Transplant Coordinators (IATC), showcasing his commitment to the field of Medical Social Welf
