About The Book

The book looks into the political economy dynamics of policy shifts in India’s computer software industry. To explain the growth trajectory, the critical role of state and corporate players and the alliance between the two has been taken into account. About The Author

Siddhartha Mukerji is teaching at the Department of Political Science, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow as Assistant Professor. He has been a Baden-Wurttemberg Fellow at the Department of Political Science, South Asia Institute, Heidelberg University, Germany. After doing schooling from the famous Scindia School, Gwalior, he proceeded to pursue his graduation from Delhi University and then master’s, M.Phil and PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Siddhartha has published with reputed journals like Studies in Indian Politics (Sage), Journal of Indian School of Political Economy and Indian Journal of Public Administration (Sage). He has visited world-renowned institutions like London School of Economics and Political Science, King’s College London and Heidelberg University for presenting papers in their international conferences and colloquiums.
