About The Author

Dr. Amar Singh Chohan obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Jammu in 1980. He taught history to postgraduate students of this University. At present he is engaged in post-doctoral research. He is an expert on Dardistan and Ladakh region. His previous book "Historical Study of Society and Culture in Dardistan and Ladakh" was well received throughout the world.
