If you're concerned, just talk to a member of our staff or, alternatively, swing your legs over the edge of the bed and walk out, remembering to pull the camera from your bum before leaving the hospital.

Liz has got an embarrassing problem, and these yogurts aren't helping. Her body's acting up.

Gutted is a bold new journey of frank confessions, colourful characters and too much brown sauce. A shameless tale of love, laughter and lavatories, it is based on solo performer Liz Richardson's real-life experiences as a young woman living with ulcerative colitis (similar to Crohn's Disease).

Richardson, Liz: -

Liz Richardson is a theatre-maker, writer and actor and produces her own production company LR Productions. She trained at East 15 Acting School, London before moving back north to her roots.

Both plays Gutted and SWIM became sell-out regional tours after opening at HOME Manchester and Theatre by the Lake. Liz has collaborated with the National Trust; Outdoor Swimming Society and Wellcome Collection.
Liz dabbled with stand up comedy which saw her through to finals with Amused Moose and Funny Women at Edinburgh Festival.

Liz's new show Local takes her back to her very beginnings in Cumbria to unearth stories which are all things belonging to people and place.

Robinson, Tara: - Tara Robinson is the artistic lead and founder of The Conker Group. She divides her time between creating new work with them and other freelance roles including her current position as Resident Associate Artist with Boundless Theatre. She is an ongoing creative associate at The Gate Theatre in London, and a supported artist with Farnham Maltings, a former Resident Assistant Director at The Abbey Theatre in Dublin and a former Associate Director for The Michael Grandage Company
