Richard E. Simmons III received his B.A. from the University of the South (Sewanee) in Economics in 1976. In a career spanning over 25 years, he has been the CEO of the reputed insurance firm Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton. In December 2000, Simmons founded the Centre for Executive Leadership, a not-for-profit, faith-based ministry. He is also a teacher and a counsellor to men’s groups across the country.
