The volume editors are Dr Basuki Nath Chaudhary and Dr Yuvraj Kumar. The Foreword [Prastavna] is written by Professor Mahendra Prasad Singh, Ex-HOD of Political Science, Delhi University.

Dr Basuki Nath Chaudhary, Associate  Professor of Political Science, PG DAV College [evening], University of Delhi. He is teaching this subject now over 26 year to undergraduate students.

Dr Yuvraj Kumar, Assistant Professor of Political Science, Satyawati College, University of Delhi. He has been teaching over 8 years to UG students.
