About the Book The second edition of Market Abuse Regulation offers a detailed analysis of the market abuse regime and the application of the regulations in the UK and EU. About The Author

Edward J Swan qualified as a New York lawyer in 1976 and was until recently a partner at Simmons & Simmons in the financial markets department. He specializes in commodities, derivatives and financial services regulation and is a member of various ISDA Committees.
