About The Book

Die vorliegende Arbeit* ist in den Jahren 1971-1973 wahrend meiner Tatigkeit am Physiologischen Institut, Lehrstuhl I der Universitat Gottin- gen entstanden. Diese Untersuchungen wurden durch die Entwicklung einer neuen Fremdgasmethode von BRETSCHNEIDER und Mitarb. zur Organdurchblutungsmessung moglich. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war, die Einfliisse verschiedener Injektions- Anaesthetica auf Coronardurchblutung und myocardialen Sauerstoff- verbrauch zu untersuchen, zumal diese Anaesthetica bei Narkoseeinleitung unterschiedlich ausgepragte Effekte auf das cardiovaskulare System zeigen und entsprechende Befunde in der Literatur nicht vorliegen. Ein Teil der praktischen Untersuchungen wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit der Klinik fur Thorax-und Herz-Gefiillchirurgie und dem Institut fur Klinische Anaesthesie der Universitat durchgefUhrt.
