Er hat -und das ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil seines Auftrags als Fiihrungskraf- den mit ihm arbeitenden Menschen gegeniiber eine Verantwortung, die iiber den gemeinsamen Arbeitsgegenstand hinausgeht. Das Wohlbefinden des arbeitenden Menschen als Fundament eines von allen Beteiligten erfolgreich getragenen Arbeitsprozesses wird in entscheidendem MaBe yom Verhalten des Fiihrenden beeinfluBt.
