Monica Muratori, PhD, is an associate professor of Applied Technical and Medical Sciences in the Department of Experimental and Clinical Biomedical Sciences at the University of Florence in Italy. She started to work in sperm biology in the late 90s by mainly studying sperm DNA damage. She serves as an Associate Editor for Andrology.

Ettore Caroppo, MD, is a physician at the Andrology Outpatients Clinic, ASL Bari, PTA "F Jaia", Conversano (Ba), in Italy. He serves as an Associate Editor for Human Reproduction and Andrology (Wiley), and Editorial Board Member for Fertility and Sterility and Asian Journal of Andrology. He is also Academician of the European Academy of Andrology.
