Die Schule macht ihnen ein fach keinen SpaB. Sie sind unmotiviert. Die operanten Konditionierungsmechanismen weisen dem Lehrer den Weg, seinen Schiilern schulische und soziale Verhaltens wei sen zu lehren, die ihnen SpaB machen. Sie k6nnen motiviert werden. Dabei ist es das Beste, wenn Lehrer und Schiiler den ProzeB des operanten Konditionierens als Vergnugen empfinden. Die operanten Konditionierungstechniken erwachsen aus der Anwendung der Lernprinzipien in die Aufgabe, Verhalten zu verandern. Der Begriff -operant- wird aus dem Wort -operieren- abgeleitet."
